When Northfork was developed, Northfork Inc  purchased and placed all the streetlights. This occurred in phases as the development was established. Northfork Homeowners Association pays  the electrical bill from dues that homeowners are required to pay.

NorthFork Homeowners Association does not participate nor manage any social media sites at this time.

Each parcel of property has a copy if its specific covenants attached to it and is recorded with Anoka County Recorder/ Registrar. All future improvements to your property are subject to covenants; which require that plans for any accessory structure of a permanent nature (e.g., sheds, garages, satellite dishes, antennas, dog kennels, fencing, decks, gazebos, pools and playground equipment) be submitted to the Committee for review and approval before construction of the improvement begins.

The park, located at the corner of Andrie Street and 160th Court, is a private park for Northfork Homeowners. Northfork Homeowners Association purchased the land from Northfork Inc.
